Bernis Stewart Corchado
Founder
Bernis Stewart Corchado is a senior transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience driving operational improvements and cultural change. His career began in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Elliot and later as a boot camp trainer at Great Lakes, where he built a strong foundation in disciplined execution and organizational transformation. He went on to spend over a decade in the power industry, leading operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives that increased efficiency, strengthened reliability, and delivered significant cost savings. In food manufacturing, Bernis expanded his expertise in safety, HACCP, and PCQI while advancing performance in highly regulated environments.
As the founder of Operational Excellence & Execution (OE&E), Bernis now partners with executive teams, managers, and frontline employees to accelerate improvement, build capabilities, and deliver repeatable results. Known for integrating Lean practices such as tiered meetings, root cause analysis, and 5S, he creates systems that deliver measurable impact and long-term resilience. His mission is simple: to empower people, enhance efficiency, and achieve outcomes that drive sustainable success.
