Booking Policy At Operational Excellence & Execution, we offer free consultations to help prospective clients explore how our services can support their goals. By booking, you agree to the following policy. Eligibility & Booking Consultations are available to new or prospective clients. Bookings can be made through our website, email oeexecution@gmail.com, or by phone (224) 627-3688. Please provide your name, contact details, company, and a brief description of your needs. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we will confirm your appointment within one business day. Duration & Format Each free consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and held video conference (zoom). Clients are responsible for ensuring access to any required technology for online sessions. Purpose & Scope The free consultation is designed to understand your challenges, share insights, and determine whether our services align with your needs. It does not include detailed audits, implementation, or deliverables. Extended discussions or additional sessions may require a paid engagement. Cancellations & No-Shows We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed consultations without notice may result in the loss of eligibility for future free sessions. Confirmation & Reminders Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with meeting details. A reminder will be sent before your session. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
